UC’s Chironalytics Training Measurement Software Given Awardable Status by The Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace

Led by Priya Ganapathy, Ph.D. , PMP and Lakshmi Priya R . Chironalytics was developed to address a critical challenge in defense training: how to objectively measure skill acquisition and predict retention.

Chironalytics tracks skill mastery proficiency in trainees as they interact with simulators. Built using concepts from learning science theory, Chironalytics leverages AI/ML model to infer skill mastery based on performance observables across training reps. The software also allows for skill decay prediction post-training. As a result, Chironalytics is positioned to alleviate concerns from the DoD training community to objectively quantify training effectiveness and return of investment-type decisions in a streamlined manner.
